1. Information We Collect

PomoDogRun may collect information needed to provide the app, including a Firebase anonymous authentication ID, dog name, owner name, dog breed, coat color, equipped items, focus session date and duration, tags, notes, coin balance, purchased in-app items, dog-run activity, and dog friend information.

For in-app purchases, we may receive purchase-related information from Apple App Store and RevenueCat, such as product identifiers, purchase status, and transaction identifiers. We do not store credit card numbers or other payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, save focus records, provide dog, coin, item, and dog-run features, verify purchase status, investigate issues, respond to support requests, improve the service, and prevent misuse.

3. Third-Party Services

PomoDogRun may use Firebase for authentication and data storage, Apple App Store and RevenueCat for purchase management, and services such as Cloudflare or Vercel for API delivery and hosting. These services process information according to their own privacy policies.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when required by law, with your consent, or with service providers that help us operate the app.

These Terms of Use govern your use of PomoDogRun. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

PomoDogRun provides pomodoro-style focus support, dog growth and customization, dog-run display features, focus records, coins, and in-app item features. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

3. In-App Purchases and Coins

You may purchase coins through Apple App Store. Coins are consumable virtual items that can be used only inside PomoDogRun. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded by us. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not access the service without authorization, tamper with purchases, harass others, violate laws, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or interfere with app operations.

5. Disclaimer

PomoDogRun is designed to support focus and habit building, but it does not guarantee any specific result. Some features may be unavailable due to network conditions, external services, device state, or maintenance.

6. Intellectual Property

All app and site designs, software, images, text, characters, and other content are owned by the operator or their respective rights holders.
